How to apply it?

We strongly recommend patch testing before use and not exceeding a wear time of 16 hours.

  1. Prep your skin: Make sure your skin is clean and completely dry. Skip any lotions, oils, or body wash right before applying, or the tape won't stick properly.
  2. Check your position: When you place the tape, make sure the blue strip is running side-to-side (horizontally). This is the secret to getting the proper lift and hold!
  3. Stretch & stick: Gently pull your skin upward, stretch the tape slightly, and press it flat against your skin. Don't worry if it looks longer on your body than in the pictures, it’s supposed to stretch when you apply it!
  4. Lock it in: Rub the tape firmly to warm up the adhesive. You'll feel it grip securely. That’s it, go enjoy your instant smooth, sculpted look!
